Symbolism of water often implies both death and re-birth. RESOMA is Greek for rebirth/reincarnation of the human body and Resomation® is a process which allows the pure elements of the body to be returned to the ecosystem to replenish it and promote future life.

Water in some religions is viewed as a purifying process.The significance of water in Christianity, Hinduism and Buddhism is embedded through life giving processes within our ever changing environments.
